A Family Tradition in the Heart of Hastings
Family-owned and operated for over 60 years! The Dodd's family owned and operated the bowling centre for over 30 years. In the early 2000's the Messacar family purchased Dodd's Bowling Lanes and operated the lanes for over 20 years. In 2025, the Barker family purchased the Lanes and are looking forward to running the bowling centre for decades to come. Dodd's Bowling Lanes has been a gathering place where locals and visitors alike come to share strikes, spares, and plenty of laughter. See the blending old-school charm with modern updates like automatic pin setters, computerized scoring and Rock ‘N’ Bowl. Whether you’re here for league play, a family night, or a birthday celebration, Dodd's is more than a bowling centre—it’s part of the Hastings story, built on community, connection, and the love of the game.

ROCK ‘N’ BOWL AT DODD’S BOWLING LANES
Rock ‘N’ Bowl
What a great way to spend a Saturday Night either solo or with a group of friends. Rock ‘N’ Bowl runs from 7pm-10pm. Hourly Lane Rental: $50, the more bowlers you have, the cheaper per person it is. Maximum 6 to a lane.

Pick a league that best suits you. Dodd’s bowling lanes has mixed leagues, a men’s league and a ladies league. We also have a league for the youth! You can join as an individual, as a couple or as a group. No skill needed just the urge to want to have a good time.
